The Recovery Brunch took place on May 28, 2017 in the heart of downtown Toronto on the intimate back patio of Momofuku’s Daisho restaurant. The Recovery Brunch provides an amazing opportunity for young professionals in the Toronto area to socialize with like-minded individuals while enjoying a gourmet brunch at one of downtown Toronto’s most popular restaurants. http://www.bridgepointhealth.ca/en/what-we-do/inpatient-care.asp
Hosted by Future Sinai, the young leaders division of Sinai Health Foundation, Future Sinai event on Sunday raised over $14,000. The Recovery Brunch supports Bridgepoint Active Healthcare. Bridgepoint is an internationally recognized, 464-bed rehabilitation and complex care hospital. It is also the single largest organization in Canada to focus exclusively on research, care and teaching for people with complex health conditions.
The hospital provides remarkable care in the hospital and community through partnership, expert care, practical research and education. Clinical areas of focus include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, palliative care, dialysis and specialized complex care. Bridgepoint holds Exemplary Status from Accreditation Canada and its stroke program has twice achieved Stroke Distinction status.
This year, more than ever, a Sunday afternoon lounging at Momofuku with a distinct menu to help recover from the long winter is much needed!
We would like to thank Margot Silverstein
