Off The Field Players’ Wives Association Fashion Show @ Miami Design District – Jan. 31, 2020
by A.J. Lam
Known as a marquee fashionable event of Super Bowl week, the Off the Field Players’ Wives Association Fashion Show is a must attend charity event.
This year’s event was hosted by the haute couture Miami Design District at its beautiful Palm Court. This 19th annual event was created to support local and national charities supported by the Off the Field Players’ Wives Association, the official national football player’s wives association.
Wives & significant others of NFL players, such as the controversial former All-Star QB Michael Vick, walk the runway in fashions from The Miami Design District’s retail stores. One of the highlights of the fashion show is the finale when your favorite NFL players escort these beautiful ladies & their families down the runway. In addition, a limited-edition exotic red with racing stripes Ferrari Pista plus French champagne at the luxury watch purveyor Hublot greeted the appreciative fashionistas.
This 19th Annual Off the Field Players’ Wives Fashion Show is open to the public and tickets purchased benefit the Players’ Wives Association’s designated local charities. This year, proceeds from the fashion show will benefit Reach Higher, former First Lady Michelle Obama’s initiative to inspire students in the U.S. to complete their education past high school.
