ROM After Dark: Music Born of the Cold, on Friday, May 19, allowed the beautiful well-dressed party-goers a preview of the ROM’s latest innovative exhibit, Tsarnitut! Music Born of the Cold, curated by Montreal’s Musée des Beaux Arts, a fascinating exhibit of the intersection of Inuit culture, art and music. In addition to a preview of this fascinating exhibit along with curated food, drinks, and live performances of Inuit throat singers, beatmakers plus games, the inquisitive were given access to the rest of the museum’s magnificent galleries including the dinosaurs, T. rex, Dawn of Life, Canadian Modern, Mammals, minerals (diamonds, gold and more), Asian artifacts, and much much more.
