It’s was the Honda Indy Toronto on the streets of Downtown with the weekend filled with press conferences,idea weather conditions, the unveiling of the beautiful trophies and of course the big race on Sunday.
Christian Lundgaard set the front row and was at the pole position,completing 85 laps and then winning the race.The Danish driver and his best friend back home have been growing mustaches since February. Lundgaard stated that he would not shave off his moustache until he won his first IndyCar race.Therefore Toronto Honda Indy was a memorable race for Lundgaard and the moustache was shaven off after the big win.
Here was Sunday’s final top-10 finishing order: Lundgaard, Alex Palou, Colton Herta, Scott Dixon, Josef Newgarden, Scott McLaughlin, Marcus Armstrong, Pato O’Ward, Graham Rahal and Felix Rosenqvist.
