Another rainy night!! … but not for long because the evening was filled with sunshine from the vibrant music and vibe created by none other than Toronto’s Juno Award winning Sean Jones. Throughout the summer on Tuesday nights Sean Jones and hisnine-piece band, The Righteous Echo,create Soul in the City at Casa Loma,



















Toronto. Is it possible that each Tuesday gets better? Yes, that’s the way it seems. Charismatic Sean Jones and his band get everyone up and moving to the music, dancing, singing. Simply enjoying it all.










What’s unique about Sean Jones’ performances at Casa Loma ? Besides the beautiful venue, gardens, wonderful time with friends celebrating, tented areas for viewing the stage, delicious food and drinks… is the fact that Jones generously shares the stage with up and coming musicians – singers, songwriters. Tuesday, August 15th was no exception.

















First was Leah, an up and coming singer who wowed the audience with her warm presence and beautiful voice. Then Liz LOKRE who shares her vocal coach with The Weeknd, graced us with her stage presence and amazing singing. After the break during the nearly 2 and half hour show, Toronto’s Juno Award winning JRDN took to the stage. Born Ralph Jordon Croucher he’s better known as his stage name JRDN Juno Award Winner for R&B Soul Recording. JRDN sang two of his songs –








Call My Name and What Do I Got To Do? The audience loved him, his music and his warm R&B vibe. A gifted performer. All three fantastic singers and examples of musicians Toronto proudly produces. An evening with Sean Jones Soul in the City is an amazing experience. Highly recommended. Rain didn’t stop anyone… The sold-out crowd loved it. Every single minute!
