Sunday night was a Latino music one! The Holiday Soirée was held at Jean Darlene Piano Room on Dundas West Street just west of Ossington in Toronto. The venue is located on the second floor and the unique entrance is from the back laneway. Jean Darlene Piano Room is a cozy venue with …you guessed it!… a gorgeous piano waiting to be played! Comfortable couches for relaxing and a fully stocked bar with friendly staff.
The evening was a showcase of Latino performers highlighting, among others, BenAnthony Lavoz. This three-time Latin Awards Canada winner and Latin Artist of The Year recipient also won Best Latin Pop/Rock at the Hollywood Independent Music Awards (HIMA). We were all awed by his performance last night and totally understand how he’s won these awards! Dynamic, energetic and talented!
Teria Morada was the awesome host of the evening and one of the performers singing and dancing. Also part of the showcase line-up were Mr. FoxXy, Ernesto del Alma, Denis, Amanda Mya, Chendy Leon, Paco Luviano, David Labrada, Yoanis, Karlito. An amazing evening of Latino music with so much talent in one room! Magnifico!
