‘Meet me at the Bull’ will very soon be a well used Toronto expression. As that’s where we’ll all meet up to go to Toronto’s newest restaurant Blue Bovine Steak and Sushi House. The bull statue outside Union Station entrance to Blue Bovine Steak and Sushi House represents where Bay Street business, sports and entertainment intersect. It will soon become Toronto’s iconic meet up spot.

It was a very exciting night on Friday, February 16th. The long-awaited opening of Blue Bovine Steak and Sushi House took place. Located at Toronto’s Union Station – the hub of Toronto, not only for trains, subways and buses – but for meeting friends, eating and for entertainment.

In downtown Toronto’s iconic Union Station –Hospitality icon and celebrity investors officially opened their new fine-dining destination in downtown Toronto’s iconic Union Station.
Canada’s hospitality leader, Nick Di Donato, CEO of Liberty Entertainment Group in partnership with investors, Canadian financial guru and media personality, Kevin O’Leary and Canadian professional ice hockey right winger of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Mitch Marner, jointly announced the grand opening of Toronto’s newest fine-dining destination in
the city’s historic Union Station. Located at the intersection of business, sport and entertainment at Front and Bay Streets in the downtown core, Blue Bovine Steak and Sushi House riffs on the classic fine steakhouse offerings as seen in its internationally known restaurant, BlueBlood Steakhouse in Casa Loma. Blue Bovine introduces a stunning, fresh
daily seafood and ultra premium sushi program helmed by an award-winning sushi master. It is one of few steakhouses to carry the certified seal of Japanese Kobe. Blue Bovine will serve the finest cuts of quality meat in addition to a stunning fresh daily seafood selection and premium grade sushi.
At the opening Guests enjoyed delicious hors-d’oeuvre including various types of sushi (and had the chance to watch it being skillfully prepared), refreshing drinks and a wide selection of bar drinks. The atmosphere and decor are wonderful – open and inviting. Unique styles with a variety of seating options for different sized groups of people. The service was impeccable, friendly and respectful. Staff are very well trained and prepared for a fine-dining restaurant. All very impressive. Bonus of the opening was the screening of the first PWHL Professional Women’s Hockey League game at Scotiabank Arena on screens throughout the venue. And that Toronto won!

The new “sexy and modern” restaurant is gearing up to welcome all to Blue Bovine Steak and Sushi House to enjoy what it has to offer. It has a lot to offer! The proof was at the February 16th opening celebration.
“The buzzy restaurant will accommodate guests for dining and premium bar service, as well as offer private dining spaces for special events,” shared Liberty Entertainment Group, who designed the space along with Nadia Di Donato, just last year.

Liberty Group confirmed the Union Station restaurant will open on February 20th, 2024.
Reservations are available now online for dinner service commencing February 20th, with lunch service added as of February 26th.
Meet you at the Bull outside Union Station then!
