It’s North America’s biggest plant-based event of the year and it made its stop in Toronto on the weekend of March 23rd and 24th.
The Enercare Centre was the place for the Planted Expo – those who are already plant-based food fans and those wanting to learn more about it were there. And there were samples! Lots of samples! Delicious samples! Many plant-based food and lifestyle businesses and brands were represented at the vendors’ booths.
Food, clothing, jewellery, trips, books etc. Two stages were set up – one for speakers talking about various aspects of the plant-based lifestyle and a second stage for live cooking demos. Oh, and did I mention samples of the cooking?! All very informative and inspirational… and tasty!
Authors were signing their books with photo opportunities. There really is something for everyone at the Planted Expo. There were also food booths where attendees could purchase a plant-based meal or snack and sample the nutritional goodness of the cooks. Another fun and interesting expo to attend and to learn more about plant-based lifestyle. We’re so happy the Planted Expo makes its stop in Toronto en route to Vancouver and Seattle.
