Unused tickets must be returned online up to 48 hours prior to the screening. Returns within 48 hours of the screening will need to be requested through Customer Relations and will be charged a $3 return fee per ticket. Unused and unreturned tickets will continue to be charged a No Show Fee of $12 per ticket.
As always, we recommend that you only book tickets you intend to use during your Wednesday pre-sale. If there are uncertainties with your schedule around certain dates, check back for tickets to those films closer to the screening date. This will help make tickets available to your fellow Members.

**Under-25 Free Pass holders may be required to show ID confirming their age before entry to the cinema.
