The 26th Annual Super Bowl Soulful Celebration, an official NFL-sanctioned event and a cornerstone of Super Bowl weekend for over a quarter of a century, unites music, faith, and football in the heart of the Big Easy for an unforgettable evening of inspiration on Wednesday, February 5. Held at New Orleans’ historic Mahalia Jackson Theater of Performing Arts, the live television taping honors the rich cultural tapestry of the Crescent City. With unforgettable performances by award-winning artists, the soulful harmonies of the NFL Players Choir, heartfelt tributes to NFL players and leaders, and a celebration of resilience under the theme “Keep Going,” the event will shine a spotlight on the unique elements that make New Orleans the crown jewel of the South.  
As previously announced, the show premieres on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 8 PM ET/7 PM CTas a primetime special on FOX, the official broadcast home of Super Bowl LIX. In addition, after the initial airing, the special will be available on demand via the FOX Sports App, FOXSports.com, HULU, Tubi and FOX Soul. The annual Super Bowl Soulful Celebration is the NFL’s only sanctioned inspirational concert, uniting cultures through the power of music, faith, and football. Featuring performances from diverse genres such as R&B, Gospel, and Country, past artists include Kirk Franklin, Patti LaBelle, Earth, Wind & Fire, Yolanda Adams, T-Pain, Mary Mary, Snoop Dogg, Mickey Guyton, Gladys Knight, Robin Thicke, and more. 
A highlight of the show each year is the NFL Players Choir, featuring current and former players delivering a moving musical performance that celebrates the power of faith and unity. Super Bowl Soulful Celebration also honors NFL players both on and off the gridiron, spotlighting their contributions to making the world a better place.

Super Bowl Soulful Celebration, formerly Super Bowl Gospel Celebration (SBGC), is founded and executive produced by Atlanta-based marketing consultant Melanie Few. The Players Choir performs on the Super Bowl Soulful Celebration, marking its 25th year. Making its debut 17 years ago in Phoenix during the 9th Annual Super Bowl Gospel Celebration (2008), the choir includes active and former NFL players and has delivered one of the most highly-anticipated musical performances during the biggest weekend in sports, the annual Super Bowl Weekend.

Southern University’s “HBCU Band Drumline, also known as the “Human Jukebox,” arrive on the red carpet. The drumline helped open the star-studded event, showcasing the rich talent and cultural pride of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), a wonderful way to highlight Black History Month.

The Super Bowl Soulful Celebration kicked off its preview day with a star-studded red carpet roll-out press event, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening of celebration and inspiration. Syndicated radio personalities Willie Moore Jr. and Jasmine Sanders led the festivities as SBSC red carpet hosts, officially welcoming press for a sneak peek at the arrivals area. Among the notable appearances were the talented members of the NFL Players Choir. As cameras flashed and excitement filled the air, the red carpet roll-out set the tone for a night to remember at the Silver Anniversary show.

MEET THE VISIONARY BEHIND SUPER BOWL SOULFUL CELEBRATION – MELANIE FEW

Melanie Few, Founder, Executive Producer, and NFL Sanction Holder of Results Marketing and Media (RMM). Melanie is the only female and person of color with an NFL sanctioned event. She also founded the (NFL) Players Choir in 2014, which has become a staple performance at Super Bowl Soulful Celebration.  The Players Choir drew national recognition with their fan favorite appearances on “America’s Got Talent” in 2022 and NFL Honors during Super Bowl . Melanie’s company RMM has partnered with agencies and corporations alike to create, plan and produce over two hundred integrated marketing events, representing more than thirty brands across sixty product categories.
