April 7th to 9th were the dates for the 2025 Restaurant Canada Show. Held at Enercare Centre at the Exhibition grounds in Toronto, the huge venue was filled with every possible connection to the restaurant industry.

From restaurant equipment for cooking, baking, grilling. To furniture, packing, promotional items, apps for making restaurant life easier and more profitable and to improve the restaurant/bar experience for patrons. The three days were ones of inspiration, education and solutions to help the potential, people, prosperity & passion for those in the restaurant/hotel/bar/manufacturing/food sales industries amongst others.

An emphasis on Canadian products – Ontario and Quebec booth areas. Both WOW Butter (a delicious non- nut replacement for peanut butter!) and The Happy Popcorn Company were two of the noted Ontario companies. Interviewed the owners and creators of The Happy Popcorn Company whose family-run business in Cornwall, Ontario employs young adults on the Autistic spectrum and supports local charities and organizations. Kristin Davey & Bill Halman started their successful business to help support their son who’s on the Autistic Spectrum. Their motto is Be Kind, Do Good, Eat More Popcorn! Sounds good! Very good! @theHappyPopcornCo

The 3 days were filled with excitement for the restaurant industry. And the aisles of the Enercare Centre were filled with attendees who were amazed at everything they saw… and tasted!! And there were lots of delicious samples to taste! Not only is the RC Show an excellent networking and learning experience for those in the industry but it’s also a great outing for those interested in restaurants and bars. A wonderful action-packed 3 days! We look forward to 2026 when the Restaurant Canada Show will be relocating to the International Centre on Airport Road. @restaurantscanada
