Clutch and Tyler Bryant brought a heavy dose of grit, groove, and guitar power to The Arena at Pickering Casino Resort on June 7, 2025, delivering a night of rock ‘n’ roll mastery to a fired-up crowd. Tyler Bryant & The Shakedown opened with a punchy, high-energy set full of Southern swagger and bluesy riffs. Bryant, a dynamo on guitar, ripped through tracks like “Born Rockin’” and “Ride,” while drummer Caleb Crosby’s thunderous playing kept everything tight and intense. The Shakedown’s sound felt raw and immediate, winning over the crowd with pure, sweat-soaked conviction.

Clutch, celebrating over three decades as road warriors, took the stage with authority. Frontman Neil Fallon’s booming voice and stage presence were magnetic as they tore into “Earth Rocker” and “The Mob Goes Wild.” The band’s unique blend of stoner rock, blues, and hard-hitting grooves sounded as fresh as ever. Jean-Paul Gaster’s drumming was a masterclass in control and finesse, while Tim Sult’s guitar solos scorched.

Newer tracks from Sunrise on Slaughter Beach fit seamlessly with fan favourites, keeping the floor moving and fists pumping.

The pairing of Clutch’s seasoned muscle and Tyler Bryant’s youthful fire made for a perfect one-two punch. For fans of no-frills, hard-hitting rock, this one is worth the drive wherever they are playing.
