It was an exclusive media preview evening celebrating the launch of Convivium Dining Community – a new three-level culinary space in the historic Tin & Copper Smith Building, dedicated to bringing people together through extraordinary food and hospitality.
It was a night of signature dishes, craft cocktails, and a first look at what made Convivium a unique addition to the city’s dining scene.
The food and atmosphere at Convivium were both immaculate. Not only were all their pasta, seafood and meats incredible, the dessert alone is enough to want to come back for!
The food was all incredible in both taste and presentation, but that wasn’t the only part that made it a great night, the staff, owners and chefs were all incredible. If you’re a fan of Italian food, you’ll definitely want to visit the newly opened Convivium!”
