We were invited to an intimate afternoon celebrating Renais Gin – a terroir-driven spirit co-founded by Alex Watson and his sister Emma Watson and inspired by the legacy of French winemaking.
Host-Alex Watson and sommelier Renée Sferrazza (Wine by Renée) graciously greeted invited guest at Simpl Things Cocktail Bar for a guided tasting experience unlike any other.
Guests enjoyed two craft cocktails, seasonal bites, and a comparative tasting of Renais Gin and Domaine Watson Chablis Grand Cru – all while hearing the story behind this sustainably distilled, Grand Cru grape-based gin.
