The Offspring @TD Coliseum, Hamilton-Friday, February 13th,2026

By Wayne Baggs

I still can’t get over The Offspring’s mind-blowing performance at the TD Coliseum in Hamilton on Friday the 13th! It was like stepping into a time machine and being transported back to the 90s, but with all the energy and fire of a band at the top of their game. From the moment the lights dimmed, the crowd erupted, and The Offspring hit the stage with “Come Out and Play,” and the energy never slowed down.

The sound was perfect, loud and crisp—just like you’d want for a punk rock show—and the band was in top form. Dexter Holland’s voice was on point, hitting all those high notes with ease, and Noodles was absolutely shredding on guitar. Every song felt like a crowd anthem, from the classic “Self Esteem” to newer hits like “Let the Bad Times Roll.”

One of the best parts? The band’s interaction with the crowd. Dexter kept us hyped, telling stories between songs and sharing laughs with the fans. It felt like a big, raucous family gathering where everyone was there just to have a blast.

The cherry on top? When they closed the night with “The Kids Aren’t Alright,” the place went absolutely wild. It was pure punk rock perfection. If you missed this show, I feel sorry for you—The Offspring brought their A-game and then some! Truly an unforgettable night. Bring on the next tour!
I’ve seen a lot of concerts over the years, but this one reminded me why live music is unbeatable. Loud, fun, nostalgic, and totally alive — a perfect night of punk rock mayhem.
