The annual Gen Z Wellness Summit at UCLA was created to support the mental health and wellbeing of young people. The summit brings together high school and college students across the state for a day of learning, discussion, connection, and fun. Presented by the Teen Advisory Council of the Friends of the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, the summit creates a supportive environment where students can explore issues that strongly affect Gen Z’s, such as social media use, anxiety, depression, relationships, and body image. Through expert panels, interactive workshops, and peer conversations, the event aims to reduce stigma around mental health, highlight that emotional struggles are common so people feel less alone, and provide practical tools and resources that help students build resilience and maintain healthy lifestyles.Support the Teen Advisory Council NOWIn a time when our nation is facing a teen mental health crisis, your gift to the Friends of Semel’s Teen Advisory Council helps build the next generation of leaders in mental health, empowers teens to lead the conversation, and creates spaces where young people feel seen and heard. Together, we can turn their ideas into real impact and reach even more teens. https://www.friendsofsemelinstitute.org/gen-z-wellness-26?bbeml=tp-zCrdL4cOz0CZBvCOF9r06Q.jKZ9We24Yjk6Y3G4CbrQaaA.rwxiwpGDHZ0aThxOWl7P38g.lT9QSX_NvCUmV62RZu0ZHHA![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
