Spring Thaw at the beautiful Palais Royale showcasing 24 chefs, wineries of Ontario and a fine selection of beers. The first of its kind presented by the Canadian Chefs’ Congress and we hope there are plenty more of these events in the coming years. Emcee for the evening was comedian Sandra Shamas and Eigensinn Farm chef Michael Stadtlander. The music was provided by Darren Sigesmund Jazz Quartet who entertained the capacity crowd with their style of upbeat jazz. The view from the backyard was amazing at the Palais Royale. It has been a long cold winter and the “Spring Thaw” warmed alot of hearts with the great combination of food and drinks for the evening.
