The Princess Ball, April 19, 2015 @ The Liberty Grand, Toronto

It was an unforgettable afternoon of royal entertainment for the whole family. Princesses and their family were treated like royalty for the entire afternoon; from the moment they stepped inside the Liberty Grand, the red carpet, a full regal announcements, to dancing with 8 Disney Princesses under sparkling stars of lights and a surprise indoor snowfall.  Guests sip on the signature blueberry non-alcoholic cocktail while dancing, an interactive storytelling session, mini spa sessions, and of course the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet Princesses and get their autographs! …and then the magic happened as the princesses and princes danced to 2014’s most over-played song in any parent’s car; Let it Snow… The Governor’s Room at the Liberty Grand, started to snow, much to the cheers over everyone

The Princess Ball, grew from a family’s tribute to their princess loving daughter; Olivia.  Olivia Grace White was just 5 when she succumbed septicemia on Boxing Day 2012.  Septicemia is caused by a bacterial infection that enters the system and spreads.

To honour Olivia, who fell in love with princesses after a trip to Disney World, her parents, Jennifer and Glenn White, founded Wishes for Olivia, which raises funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

This Fundraising Event, complete silent auctions, raffles, gift bags, and a host of surprises will raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Canada.  Kids left the event with a loot bag full of gifts, which included their own name tags provided by Mabel’s Labels.

The Princess Ball is proud to support Make-A-Wish® Canada. The mission of Make-A-Wish Canada is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
