NOBILO WINE TASTING LAUNCH EVENT @ Oliver & Bonacini Yonge & Front (Aug 19, 2015)

This event featured  New Zealand winemaker Nobilo, featuring it’s exceptional Sauvignon Blanc.

Chef Tom Riley of Oliver & Bonacini has partnered with fellow Kiwi winemaker David Edmonds of Nobilo to host a summertime party on the patio at O&B Yonge & Front. Guests were treated to complimentary food and wine that highlights the best of New Zealand. Chef Tom designed a special menu of canapés that are inspired by New Zealand’s distinct culinary landscape, and paired beautifully with Nobilo’s Regional Collection Sauvignon Blanc. Some of the canapes were oysters, shrimp and lamb sliders. Near the end of the evening, attendees were treated to refreshing ice cream sandwiches perfect for the warm summer night.
