The annual Earth Ball event hosted more than 400 business and environmental leaders in celebration of environmental achievement, while delighting guests in a culinary experience coupled with exciting entertainment.
For 25 years, Earth Day Canada has inspired and activated Canadians of all ages to reduce the collective impact on the environment through innovative programming and campaigns. Today they are engaging individuals, schools and corporations to develop and execute on these environmental initiatives – and together celebrate the individual and collective achievement.
Earth Day is April 22, 2016 and the celebration if for the past, present and future. It is also the 25th year history of Earth Day Canada.

Outstanding Achievement Award winner: First Nations elder and activist Josephine Mandamin, known for walking more than 17,000km to raise awareness of Great Lakes pollution
Keynote Speaker: David MacDonald, Special Advisor, Truth & Reconciliation Commission
Food was provided by Longos and Celebrity Chef Michael Stadtländer was in attendance.
EARTH BALL guests feasted on cuisine prepared by renowned Chef Michael Stadtlander, entertained by MC Rick Miller, Kidoons and his band Trainwreck, and bid on exciting items available at the Silent Auction!
