STK TORONTO OFFERS SNEAK PEEK FOR TORONTO’S TOP FILM FESTIVAL CELEBRITIES AND FILMS BY HOSTING
A-LIST COMMUNICATIONS’ SUPPER SUITE BY STK
OVER FIRST WEEKEND

A-List Communications, along with The ONE Group’s signature restaurant brand STK and GREY GOOSE® Vodka, will bring a series of film festival pop-ups to Toronto, introducing the Company’s first Canadian location for two days of VIP dinners and cocktail parties. Additional sponsors making the program possible include the Toronto Star.

Festivalgoers will get a sneak peek of STK Toronto before its official opening in early fall. The first hospitality space in the newly re-imagined former Four Seasons Hotel, long considered the heart of the Toronto International Film Festival, STK artfully blends the modern steakhouse and chic lounge into one. STK’s prime Yorkville location serves as a perfect backdrop for TIFF VIP dinners and cocktail parties.

9:00 PM – Film premiere after-party for MPI Media Group’s “CATFIGHT” with expected cast including: Anne Heche, Sandra Oh, Alicia Silverstone and more celebrities to be announced.

Saturday, September 10, 2016

5:00-6:30PM – Film premiere pre-party for “That Pretty Thing That Lives In The House” distributed by Netflix and directed by Osgood Perkins. Expected cast includes Ruth Wilson (The Affair, Saving Mr. Banks), Lucy Boynton (Rebel In The Rye), and Bob Balaban (Grand Budapest Hotel, The Monuments Men).

7:00 pm – The Creative Coalition Annual Spotlight Initiative Awards Gala honoring Jennifer Connelly, Maria Bello, Nick Cannon, Parker Posey, Uzo Aduba, Jim Sheridan, Jonathan Demme; presenters Ewan McGregor, Paul Haggis, and others to be announced.

11:30 pm – Film premiere after-party for Serendipity Point Films “BELOW HER MOUTH” with expected cast including: Natalie Krill, Erika Linder, Sebastian Pigott, Mayko Nguyen, and Tommie-Amber Pirie.

All of the events will feature specially crafted menus by The ONE Group’s team of culinary experts.

Cocktail and Hors d’oeuvres Reception and Live Stunt at Thompson Toronto Rooftop Friday September 9;
Amazing New Film from Hardcore Henry Producers

WHO:YouTube sensations and aerial explorers Mustang Wanted, Oleg Cricket and the duo of Vitaliy Raskalov & Vadim Makhorov; Producers Alex A. Ginzburg, Tony Lee and Inga Vainshtein Smith (producers behind 2015’s TIFF Grolsch People’s Choice Midnight Madness Award winner Hardcore Henry); and additional guests TBD. With many millions of YouTube views, these renowned “rooftoppers” are familiar to audiences worldwide for their imaginative and death-defying stunts and adventures.

WHAT: The start of production and reception for We Kill Death, a new film focusing on these four astonishing daredevils from Russia and Ukraine. At the cocktail and canapés reception, guests will witness a live, dramatic, breathtaking demonstration of skill that’s destined to become part of the film. The producers promise “a live stunt unlike any other in the history of the Festival.”

We believe that this film will deliver the single most visceral big-screen cinematic experience unlike any other.” Seeing these feats in person will take your breath away. WME is on board to handle domestic sales of We Kill Death.
