There’s nothing like a golden glass of whisky after a long day! For the entire month of March, Toronto’s top dining destination – The Carbon Bar – will host Rye’d Away to Bourbon Street – an ultimate Bourbon & Rye experience.

Enjoy $11 Lot40 Old Fashioned cocktails everyday along with a complimentary Bourbon & Rye tasting between 4-5pm every Saturday, where you can also indulge in Chef Hidde Zomer’s 5-course experience menu. Dig into Korean Fried Cauliflower, Wild Scallop Ceviche, and the Pit Master Platter featuring Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket and Buttermilk Fried Chicken. Finish off with The Kentucky Pecan Pie made with 70% bitter chocolate and Lot40 infused cream.
