A pastry competition full of scintillating displays of burlesque, pastries and cocktails features celebrity chefs and judges alongside Burlesque starlets, Trixi Minx & Bella Blue. Join this after-party following the Saturday Night Grand Tasting and chose your favorite delight. The winning design and pastry chef will be awarded a $5000 prize sponsored by Swiss Chalet.

Partnered with Ancora Pizzeria to make the best pizza and bruschetta this side of the Mississippi. The Pupusa Lady brings an ethnic flair, frying up her signature Honduran delicacies and Windowsill Pies accents the night perfectly with delectable pies so delicious you’ll think it’s Thanksgiving at your grandma’s house. Old New Orleans Rum will also be in the house serving up delicious cocktails and the wheelbarrow will be filled with a selection of cold Nola Brewing brews. Each event features a guest chef, or two, contributing their culinary stylings to the evening.
And all of this to the backdrop of Paradigm’s garden oasis, tiki torches flickering, delightful smells from the wood oven and grill wafting through the air and the funky rhythmic mixes of some of New Orleans top DJs making you bob your head and tap your feet inexplicably as if some sort of musical voodoo has taken hold.
