The 10th Anniversary-“IMAGINE”Gala In Support Of The Pinball Clemons Foundation@The Westin Harbour Castle-Tues.,Oct.24th,2017

By Kimberly Samnang

The Michael “Pinball” Clemons Foundation (MPCF) 10th annual ‘Imagine Gala’ benefitting under-resourced youth, locally and around the world was held at the The Westin Harbour Castle. A sold out black tie affair, the evening was filled with some big power names that included celebrities, professional athletes, actors and politicians while the entire Toronto Argonauts football team announced their presence by marching in like a pre-game lineup. Guests dined to a luxurious 4 course dinner while being entertained by the beautiful and talented Diane Clemons who sang and danced in a 3 piece girl band. Think Tina Turner meets The Supremes. Who knew she could be the Chair of a Foundation and sing like a diva?

This annual gala is an exceptional opportunity for the Foundation to celebrate the progress they have made over the past 10 years and imagine a world of possibilities for the next 10 years. Through various investments and community partnerships, Pinball Clemons Foundation has set in motion a new generation of visionaries, dreamers, innovators and collaborators.

Founded in 2006, based in Toronto, Ontario, MPCF strives to reach the most under-resourced individuals at home and around the world. They have built a strong foundation of giving that has set up a platform to empower youth for the future and help them reach their dreams. “Imagine the Future, and together we can change the world!” Other fundraising events throughout the year include: The Victory Ball, Christmas with the Clemens and Just Give.

MPCF: About our Mission
We empower youth through education. We help provide educational opportunities and resources to youth locally and around the world for a brighter future.

We are a charitable foundation that supports initiatives that help youth achieve their educational dreams. We help to take down barriers that prevent them from receiving the education that every youth deserves.

Whether it’s building schoolhouses, providing scholarships or funding technical training programs, the Pinball Clemons Foundation strives to help provide youth with the necessities they need to move forward in their academic journey.
