Sarah Baptiste’s new company RAW Catering had their official launch on Tuesday at Lavelle. Sarah is lovingly known as “The Oyster Queen Of Toronto”, and the invited guests appreciated oysters and the great hospitality.
This catering company specialises in distinctive culinary experiences at premier venues and events, collaborating directly with event planners, caterers and venues, offering a raw tasting menu of delicacies like oysters and caviar.

Each one of the RAW hosts are expertly trained in the fine art of oyster shucking and caviar tasting.
We really enjoyed the great combination of cavier and oysters, paired with the Cabarnet Sauvignon. We look forward to seeing RAW Catering at future events in Toronto.
