Week3 Of The NFL-The Highs And Lows Of The Week It Was!

The funniest big winner of the week could possibly be the Miami Dolphins punter Thomas Morstead. First he was at the back of the Dolphins end zone. Miami’s blockers were 10 yards clear of Morstead, giving him space to kick it out of the end zone. Because the punter was so far back, he still ran into the butt or one or his teammates. This is reminiscent of former QB Mark Sanchez of the New York Jets, when he ran into his centre and fell flat backwards. Therefore “The Butt Punt” for punter Morstead and one of the highs for the week.!

Carson Wentz was a winner in Indy, as his Colts upset the K.C.Chiefs 20-17. Will this be a resurrection of Wentz? Let’s see next week.

Trevor Lawrence and The Jacksonville Jags had an impressive win over the favourite L.A.Chargers 39-10. It appears that the partnership between head coach Doug Pederson and Lawrence is very strong after week 3.

Tua Tagovailoa may have sustained a concussion, and no protocol was implemented when Tua staggered back to the huddle after hit by a Buffalo Bills player. It was a huge victory for the Miami Dolphins to remain undefeated with a 21-19 win.

Some of the unimpressive performances came from the Denver Broncos vs. S.F.49ers game.  Both QB starters Jimmy Garoppolo of the 49ers and Russell Wilson of the Brancos had sub par games with the Broncos barely winning 11-10 in a battle of futility.

Tom Brady and his “Brady Bunch” of Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost a close battle with his QB counterpart Aaron Rodgers. Mistakes, injuries to key starters and bad time management contributed to the loss for the Buccaneers. The final score was 14-12 for the Green Bay Packers.
