Blue Jays Split Double Header Vs. Baltimore Orioles In Finale

In the first game, Terrin Vavra hit a three-run homer in the bottom of the eighth to lift Baltimore to a 5-4 victory in the rescheduled game. Also, preventing the Blue Jays sweeping the Orioles.

Blue Jays rookie Otto Lopez hit a tie-breaking two-run single in the seventh inning, and the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Orioles 5-1 to take a split of Wednesday’s doubleheader in Baltimore’s Camden Yard. Toronto won the series 2-1, and ended the regular season with a strong win.
