Tuesday, October 18 was the first night of the annual ImagineNATIVE Film and Media Arts Festival.  The opening night event party was held at Ricarda’s on Peter Street in Toronto. 

A beautiful venue to welcome Indigenous filmmakers, people in the film industry, movie-goers and others who support Indigenous film and arts. The evening started at 9pm in the restaurant part of Ricarda’s with an hors d’oeuvre buffet. The DJ got guests dancing on the spacious dance floor. A superb atmosphere. A very welcoming way to start day one of the ImagineNative Film Festival 2022.

ImagineNATIVE Schedule includes an Art Crawl, Pitching Day Event, iNdigital Space at Lightbox Gallery, Industry Networking Night, Indigenous music concert, film screenings, Industry days mico meetings, Awards presentations, Award winning screenings.
