Fête Chinoise returns with its 8th annual edition of its beautiful award-winning magazine and its signature luxurious gala, in support of the Scarborough Health Network (SHN), to celebrate contemporary Chinese culture and arts with a wonderland full of the best in fabulous festive foods, drinks, fashion, design and entertainment with the help of celebrity chefs such as Trevor Lui, superstar singers Tyler Shaw and Yoyo Sham, and former National Ballet of Canada prima ballerina Chan Hon Goh.

The beautiful and fashionable were lavished with champagne, cognac, abalone soup, delicious fruit-shaped desserts, and much more in the ballrooms of the 5-star Shangri-La hotel.

Additional enjoyment included an elegant beautiful floral Lunar New Year of the Rabbit table setting, an exquisite umbrella dance by Vancouver’s dance company Goh Ballet, splendid samples of Suntory Japanese whiskey, a master Chinese Calligrapher, Patois’ creative Jamaican-Chinese cuisine, unique mortadella-shrimp wonton, a special silent auction including unique items like Simu Liu-signed Air Jordans, and painted Lunar New Year themed cookies.
